In the previous blog post, we went over what print – on – demand (POD) is and how it is used in today’s merchandising and e-commerce economies. If you missed it, you can find the link to it here.
The reason we went over POD is to introduce you to our company, Nymbl. Nymbl is, essentially, a way for people to open their own online store and sell products that feature their designs. With Nymbl, every step of this process is taken care of. If you have a design you think people will buy, we can help you build a store, pick out the types of products you want, automatically create flawless product mock-ups and automate the order, payment and shipping system for you. All you have to bring to the table are your ideas and concepts.
Now, we know Nymbl won’t be the best solution for everyone and that’s okay, but we know there are some markets that Nymbl would be a perfect fit for. Here are some of those:
- Artists
- Entrepreneurs
- Musicians
- Non-Profits
- Athletic Teams
- Schools
- Influencers
- Photographers
- Small and Medium Businesses
- Celebrities
- Tourism Entities
- POD Printers
There are a few things that all of these groups have in common that make Nymbl a fantastic solution. They all have a brand or product to sell, but don’t necessarily have the capital or manpower to design, order, warehouse and ship individual products when people want them. That’s how Nymbl becomes the solution they are looking for. We take care of the process while they continue to focus on marketing their brand.
Let’s walk through a scenario that will show how Nymbl really works. Let’s use the example of a high school. Let’s call it Example High. There are several clubs and sports teams and other extracurricular activities that students, parents, teachers and staff all participate in. Most of EHS groups would love to have different merchandise for their needs and uses. Maybe the football team wants shirts for the big game or the band wants matching sweatshirts for an upcoming trip or the speech and debate team wants to have coffee mugs as they head to competitions. Nymbl would be an excellent solution to all of these.
There are a couple of different ways EHS could approach this with Nymbl. Option one would be that EHS as a whole could create one store with several different categories, each with a different group in mind. The second option would be to create separate stores based on each group’s individual needs. With Nymbl, doing it either way is quick and easy.
Someone would need to sign the school or group up. The Nymbl team would then set up the store and receive the designs from the groups. The groups would decide what type of items they want to have included (t-shirts, mugs, water bottles, etc.). The designs would be automatically mocked up onto the products using Nymbl’s proprietary software and be ready to be sold. From there, the groups would approve final store creation and have a say in price setting depending on their needs. After that, it’s done. People at Nymbl High will be able to go (digitally) to the store, order products and have them shipped right to their door.
Sure, there are other companies out there that kind of do similar work that we do, we just think we have figured out a way to do it better. That thinking comes from our mock-up software. It’s realistic and makes your products look amazing before they are ever even made.
We want to help you build your brand so that people want to buy products with your name and designs on them at your personalized virtual store.
